Welcome to AIStyling. By accessing or using our AI image generation service at aistyling.cc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

2. Service Description

AIStyling offers an AI-powered image generation service ("the Service"). The Service may include free trials or free tiers with limited functionality, as well as paid subscription plans and one-time credit packages that provide access to enhanced features and higher usage limits. Use of the paid aspects of the Service requires user registration and payment.

3. Billing and Refunds

Our policies on billing and refunds are as follows:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service period.
  • Credits are single-use in-app units, expire 12 months after purchase, non-refundable once spent, non-transferable, have no cash value.

4. User Eligibility and Age Requirement

The Service is not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 16. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.

5. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Abide by the age requirement of 16 years or older
  • Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Not generate content that violates intellectual property rights or contains harmful material

Images generated through our Service are provided under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license. You may use the generated images for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution requirements. However, you acknowledge that certain prompts or outputs may be subject to third-party rights.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our data collection and use practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

9. Content and Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, or otherwise transmit through the Service. You agree not to upload or generate any content that:
